GO Taste Partner Agreement
Effective Date: 03.06.2025
This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms between you (the “Partner”) and Go Taste Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16491392) with a registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX (“Go Taste”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By signing up to appear on www.gotaste.io and submitting your payment details, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
Go Taste is an AI-powered food discovery platform that helps customers find restaurants/cafes/other hospitality businesses based on their dining preferences. By becoming a Partner, your business will be listed and discoverable via www.gotaste.io, including your:
- Business name, description, location, and contact details
- Menu, photos, booking link, and reviews (e.g. Google, TripAdvisor)
- Instagram profile (if available)
2. AI Marketing Fee
A flat AI Marketing Fee of £4.99/month (inclusive of VAT where applicable) will be charged to your registered payment method via Stripe.
- Your listing will remain active as long as payments are up to date.
- There are no setup fees, commission or long-term contracts.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via email to:
info@gotaste.io
- Your listing will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
4. Content & Accuracy
You confirm that all business details you provide are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to edit or remove content that is false, misleading, or violates applicable laws or our platform standards.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. You authorize Go Taste Ltd to collect recurring monthly payments until cancellation.
6. Termination by Go Taste
We may suspend or remove your listing at any time if:
- Payments are declined or not received
- You breach any part of this agreement
- We discontinue or change the service
7. Liability
We do not guarantee specific customer results, bookings, or Instagram followers. While we actively promote the platform, results may vary. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss of business, revenue, or goodwill.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active partners by email.
